Posted on

Daybreak Training offers a Professional Certificate Program for mental health and counselling professionals on the clinical applications of hypnosis in the therapeutic relationship.  Upon completion of this training program, you will have everything you need to bring the art and practice of hypnotherapy into the transformational work you do with clients.

You will learn how to:

  •  Integrate both classical and clinical approaches to hypnosis into your practice
  • Incorporate Ericksonian methodology into psychotherapy
  • Combine hypnosis with helping approaches you are using now, such as: CBT, narrative therapy, mindfulness, and solution-focused counselling
  • Utilize trance-based interventions in the context of trauma processing and recovery
  • Offer clients hypnotic protocols for anxiety, panic and OCD based on an integrative model
  • Provide hypnosis-informed programming for pain management
  • Assist clients in accessing their “inner therapist” resources through trance-work techniques including: age regression, core belief work and parts therapy

This 100 hour training is provided through a combined in-person and distance learning format, beginning with a five-day in-class immersion experience to ensure your professional mastery and confidence as a Clinical Counselling Hypnotherapist.
