Free Webinar: Mental Health in the Workplace
Mental Health in the Workplace Webinar
Trainer – Randy Grieser
People who have a mental illness are often misunderstood and stigmatized, leading to an increase in conflict, performance concerns and absenteeism in the workplace. Understanding mental health and mental illness will help you better navigate and respond to these issues. This webinar will provide a general overview of common adult mental illnesses and their symptoms, causes and treatment. While it is not your responsibility to diagnose mental illness, it can be both important and helpful for you to be aware of the signs and symptoms that may indicate whether someone is experiencing a mental illness so that you can respond appropriately.
